Lead capture that asks at the right moment, not before the answer.

Adoomi turns visitor questions into structured enquiries: contact details, what the customer needs, and the context around it. Details are asked for when the conversation calls for them, never as a form standing in front of the answer.

What it does

Built for the questions customers ask before they contact you.

01

Answers the question, then asks

The assistant answers 24/7, in the customer's own language, from your approved website and FAQ content. Only when the request clearly needs a person, or the visitor asks to be contacted, does it ask who they are.

02

Collects what the follow-up actually needs

Name and contact details decide how you reply. What the customer wants in their own words, plus urgency and location where those matter, tell whoever picks it up what they are walking into.

03

Files one enquiry your team can work

Captured leads land in the leads view of your dashboard for the team to review, and the list exports as CSV for whatever tool you already work in.

04

Puts it in front of the right person

Email alerts route each new enquiry to the teammate who should answer it. If the customer would rather keep talking, WhatsApp handoff carries the original question and the captured details across.

Setup

How you switch it on.

01

Connect your website

Point Adoomi at your site so the assistant answers from your own pages, FAQs and approved content rather than general knowledge. Every Adoomi assistant starts from this same connect step.

02

Switch lead capture on for that assistant

Capture is set per bot, so you choose which assistants ask for details and which simply answer. A support chat can stay hands-off while the assistant on your services pages captures every enquiry.

03

Say where enquiries should land

Set the email alert so new enquiries reach the teammate who should answer them, and paste your WhatsApp or booking destination if you want customers to be able to carry on there.

04

Review the answers, then go live

Read what the assistant proposes to say and what it asks for before any customer sees it, because you approve the wording. Then add one line to your website. The whole run takes about ten minutes.

Works with

Named integrations — and their limits.

Email alerts

Routes each new enquiry to the teammate who should answer it, so nothing waits for someone to open a dashboard. Limit: an alert is a notification, not a ticketing system, and there are no queues, assignments or reminders behind it.

WhatsApp handoff

Carries the original question and the captured details into WhatsApp so your team does not restart the conversation. Limit: the customer decides whether to continue there, and you cannot push a chat into WhatsApp from your side.

CSV export

Exports the leads list as CSV, which imports into any CRM or spreadsheet you already use. Limit: the export is manual with no live sync, so nothing edited in your CRM flows back and new leads do not appear there on their own.

Worked example

An after-hours enquiry, complete by morning

CustomerDo you cover emergency boiler call-outs? We've had no hot water since this evening.

AdoomiEmergency call-outs are listed on the site. I can't confirm a time slot or a price, as the office handles that, but I can pass this straight to them so it's waiting for them when the office opens. What's your name and the best number to reach you?

CustomerSam Whitfield, mobile is best. Ground-floor flat, no hot water at all, and there's a newborn in the house, so it's urgent.

Your teamWaiting when the office opens: name, mobile, emergency boiler call-out, no hot water, flagged urgent, asked overnight. Someone calls back with an answer instead of reconstructing a dead chat.

The assistant answered from the business's own service pages, then asked once follow-up was clearly needed. It quoted no price, promised no time slot, and invented no contact details: the number is in the enquiry because Sam typed it.

Honest limits

What it doesn't do.

Not a CRM

There are no pipelines, deal stages, owners or automated follow-up sequences. Adoomi captures the enquiry and hands it over; what happens after that stays in your own tools.

No form-gating, so some visitors stay anonymous

The assistant answers before it asks. A visitor who gets what they came for and leaves is not captured, and that is the deliberate trade for not putting an email wall in front of your own content.

No data enrichment

Nothing is appended from third-party databases: no company lookups, no job titles, no matched records. The enquiry contains what the customer typed, and only that.

The assistant does not chase

There is no re-engagement of a visitor who drops out mid-conversation, and no abandoned-chat sequence. Once the chat window closes, the next move belongs to your team.

Capture depends on the customer

Details are only captured when the visitor chooses to share them. Someone who declines still gets their question answered, and a partial enquiry arrives partial — fields are never filled in on their behalf.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask about lead capture.

Does the assistant ask for contact details before it answers?

Adoomi answers first. The assistant replies from your approved content and asks for details only when the request needs follow-up or the visitor wants to be contacted, so no email wall stands between a customer and the answer they came for.

Where do captured leads go?

Captured leads land in the leads view of your Adoomi dashboard, where your team reviews them and exports the list as CSV. Email alerts can route each new enquiry to the teammate who should answer it, so nobody has to sit watching a dashboard.

Can one assistant capture leads while another does not?

Lead capture is set per bot. One assistant can answer questions and never ask for details while another on the same account captures every enquiry, so a support chat and a sales chat can behave differently on the same site.

Does lead capture sync with my CRM?

Adoomi exports leads as CSV, which imports into any CRM or spreadsheet. There is no native two-way connector, so the export is a manual step and anything edited in your CRM does not flow back. Worth knowing before you plan a workflow around it.

What happens to lead data under GDPR?

Lead data is hosted in the EU, with data export and deletion built in, so a right-to-be-forgotten request can be honoured. The chat window sets no tracking cookies, and a field the visitor left blank arrives blank rather than guessed.

What does Adoomi cost?

Adoomi's Free plan is £0 a month with 50 message credits, where one credit is one AI answer. Paid plans are Local at £8 for 200 credits, Growth at £20 for 500, and Scale at £75 for 4,000. Credits are spent when the assistant answers.
